Tickets ποΈ #
Tickets are the primary way for players to report issues or request assistance. Players can create a ticket for various reasons, such as:
- Reporting a player π€
- Reporting a bug or glitch π
- Issues with voting π³οΈ
- …or anything else that requires staff attention!
You can also find an online dashboard here: [Ticket Dashboard](https://dashboard.ticketsbot.cloud/manage/235018372788518913/transcripts) This is useful for finding past tickets created by a specific user.
How do tickets work? #
Players can easily create a ticket by using the #tickets channel on our Discord. When they visit that channel, they are greeted by the following message:

To create a ticket, they simply need to select the most relevant topic. For example, if they select “Report a player,” a form will pop up:

Once they submit the form, a new channel is created in the tickets category, and all staff members are pinged. A typical ticket might look like this:

**Do not use the "Claim" button**, as this locks other staff members out of the channel.
From the ticket, we have the following information:
- The username of the player who created the ticket.
- The username of the player they reported.
- The gamemode and server they are on.
- The reason for the report.
This should be enough information to investigate and handle the ticket. However, if you need more information, please ask the player politely.
Once the issue is resolved, either you or the player can close the ticket using the “Close” or “Close With Reason” buttons.
